History
We have a history of changing and evolving with the needs of the diverse community we serve. In the summer of 1967, before local school districts began providing Kindergarten, Hope Lutheran Kindergarten opened its doors. Once Kindergarten class became part of the elementary school education, we offered two part-time pre-school classes as more mothers entered the workforce. With the rise of households with two working parents came the growing demand for full-day child care with an early education curriculum. Hope Lutheran Early Education has been in operation since 1971, educating and caring for the children and families of New Castle County.
Leadership & Bios
From the leadership team to the teachers and care givers, every member of the staff at Hope Lutheran Early Education Center has a deep commitment to the education and care of young children. We love what we do, and take a genuine interest in each child we teach or care for.
